Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.

• Manage user accounts, security protocols, and system access.

• Monitor and respond to IT support tickets and requests.

• Perform system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Active Directory, cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace), and remote support tools.
