ATS Aviation, a global service provider in aviation and aerospace solutions, is hiring an IT Support Engineer to manage and support its IT infrastructure and user experience. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network management.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.

Manage user accounts, security protocols, and system access.

Monitor and respond to IT support tickets and requests.

Perform system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.

Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems.

Strong understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting.

Experience with Active Directory, cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace), and remote support tools.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
