About the Role:
Join a dynamic team as an IT Support Engineer, where you’ll be responsible for technical support, network troubleshooting, and enterprise system maintenance. Work with ERPs, Genesys Omnichannel, and ITIL frameworks, while leveraging your cybersecurity expertise to maintain a secure IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical support for enterprise systems and troubleshoot network issues.
✅ Manage & support ERPs, Genesys Omnichannel, and ITIL-based processes.
✅ Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
✅ Ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented.
✅ Collaborate with teams to streamline IT operations and enhance efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ 2 – 4 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
✔ Strong hands-on experience with network support, ITIL, ERPs, and Genesys Omnichannel.
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔ Basic cybersecurity knowledge to ensure a secure IT environment.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative setting.
