Job Title: IT Support Technician – Hardware & Software Deployment

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to assist with hardware and software rollout, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in installing, repairing, and upgrading IT systems while ensuring seamless deployment of company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ System Deployment & Maintenance:

• Participate in hardware and software rollouts, including installations and updates.

• Assist in recovering and repairing old equipment for continued use.

• Support the installation of hardware components, system updates, and bug fixes.

✅ Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Install and troubleshoot desktop PC operating systems and network client software.

• Perform remote installations, diagnostics, and repairs for computers and peripherals.

• Identify and resolve issues related to mobile software on iOS, Windows, and Android.

✅ Optimization & Imaging:

• Customize and expand OS parameters for efficient image deployment.

• Ensure IT assets are functioning optimally and support the company’s IT rollout process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience in PC hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
✔ Knowledge of remote IT support, networking, and system repairs.
✔ Strong understanding of iOS, Windows, and Android software troubleshooting.
✔ Proficiency in image deployment and system optimization.
✔ Based in Dubai, UAE (preferred).
