Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support  to assist in hardware/software rollouts, troubleshooting, maintenance, and IT support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth installation, repair, and troubleshooting of IT systems while providing technical support to clients and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

🖥 Hardware & Software Rollout – Actively participate in the deployment and implementation of new IT systems and software.

🔧 Maintenance & Repairs – Conduct routine troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to keep IT infrastructure fully operational.

👨‍💻 IT Support & Troubleshooting – Assist users in diagnosing technical issues and providing effective solutions.

🔍 Problem Assessment – Evaluate software and hardware problems to recommend practical fixes.

📡 Network Support – Install and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, network clients, and software applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✅ Technical Expertise – Skilled in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop PCs and network software.
✅ Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
✅ Software & Hardware Knowledge – Proficient in fault finding, maintenance, and installations.
✅ Customer Service Orientation – Strong communication and troubleshooting skills to assist clients effectively.
