Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Security Analyst to design, implement, and manage security solutions that protect our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will proactively assess risks, enforce security policies, and ensure robust protection against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, testing, and implementing IT security solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive cybersecurity framework for secure data access.
• Define and update firewall, Active Directory, router, antivirus, and mobile device management policies.
• Manage Active Directory policies, user rights, and periodically review VPN policies.
• Conduct threat and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and suggest security improvements.
• Enforce network access and password security policies.
• Oversee antivirus console monitoring and management.
• Continuously assess potential security threats across email, databases, and websites.
• Implement and manage encryption policies and tools.
• Monitor and fine-tune Office 365 security settings, including anti-spam, anti-malware, and anti-phishing policies.
• Review Office 365 quarantine emails, ensuring secure email flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CEH, CISM, etc.) is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT security role.
• Knowledge of open-source security technologies is a plus.
