They are seeking an IT Project Manager to join their Dubai Head Office and lead key IT initiatives, ensuring the seamless rollout of ERP systems and other digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems across the organization.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless IT project execution.

• Plan, design, test, deploy, and support IT initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage change effectively by simplifying complex technical concepts for department heads.

• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and system testing.

• Provide training and continuous support to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

• Drive ongoing IT process improvements to enhance efficiency and business operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Industry Experience: Proven track record of IT project management within the UAE construction sector.

• ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects.

• Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management credentials.

• Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a strategic mindset.

  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.

What’s on Offer?

• Salary: AED 27,000 to 35,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
