IT Project Manager – Oracle EBS | $5M ERP Rollout | Dubai | UK-Managed Construction Firm

Job Overview:

A leading UK-managed construction company in the GCC is investing $5 million into a cutting-edge ERP transformation initiative. We’re looking for a senior IT Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle EBS implementations to spearhead this rollout across multiple business units. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with proven large-scale project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) across departments and sites.

• Define project scope, milestones, budget, and resource plans.

• Act as the primary interface between senior leadership, IT teams, and external vendors.

• Ensure project alignment with business strategy and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee risk mitigation, quality assurance, and governance procedures.

• Drive change management, training, and user adoption strategies across the enterprise.

• Report on KPIs, project health, and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 15–25 years in IT project management, with at least 5 years in the GCC.

• ERP Expertise: Proven success in Oracle EBS implementations valued at $5M+.

• Industry: Experience in the construction sector is highly preferred.

• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 required.

• Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering from a Western-accredited university.
