AlixPartners is seeking an IT Operations Associate to join their Client Technology Operations & Data Services team in Dubai. This hybrid role involves supporting critical systems infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and security of networks, servers, and applications in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote engineering support for servers, storage, data services, and specialized business applications.

• Install, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral systems.

• Ensure the operational integrity of servers, applications, and databases.

• Analyze, design, and optimize server architecture for improved functionality and performance.

• Manage system security and access control; maintain documentation on configurations and procedures.

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and consultants for system maintenance and upgrades.

• Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT infrastructure support across networks, servers, and applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• Certifications preferred: A+, Network+, ITIL, HDI, MCSE.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS (2008/2012/2016) and Active Directory.

• Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (e.g., Indicative, SCOM, SCCM).

• Familiarity with Two-Factor Authentication systems (DUO preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to travel across UAE and Saudi Arabia, with support for work permit acquisition.

• Flexibility to work outside standard hours based on operational needs.
