Volantes Technical Recruitment is seeking an Information Technology Manager for a full-time role in Dubai. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system management, ensuring alignment with business objectives for seamless operations. The role involves driving IT innovation, security, and efficiency while leading a high-performing IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Assess and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operations.
• Establish long-term IT roadmaps for growth and security.

Infrastructure & System Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of networks, servers, and storage.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage software applications, system upgrades, and migrations.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats and compliance requirements.

Team Leadership & IT Operations:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team.
• Set performance expectations, provide training, and oversee staff development.
• Evaluate and recommend IT improvements, system integrations, and business process enhancements.
• Manage IT budgets and approve major IT service contracts.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior IT management.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, project management, and system implementation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
