Beyond ONE is on the lookout for a passionate and service-driven IT Manager to oversee core IT operations at its Dubai headquarters while coordinating technology standards and service delivery across its entities in the GCC and LATAM regions. This is a hybrid, full-time role ideal for a tech leader with cross-border experience, vendor management skills, and a drive for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support at the Dubai HQ.

• Coordinate IT service management across regional operating companies (OpCos).

• Drive IT improvements focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with the CISO on compliance and data protection.

• Lead vendor relationships, ensuring high service quality and SLA adherence.

• Support IT projects such as cloud migrations and business systems rollouts.

• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset tracking.

• Contribute to IT budgeting and procurement strategies.

• Promote shared IT standards and best practices across regions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Certifications preferred: ITIL, ITSM, PMP; Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA also valued.

• 7–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role across multiple regions.

• Expertise in Microsoft 365, EntraID/Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, networking (VPNs, LAN/WAN).

• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and multi-vendor setups.

• Understanding of cybersecurity, backups, access controls is a plus.

• Experience with Jira and service desk platforms is a bonus.
