Job Description:

We are hiring an IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, enhance security protocols, and optimize digital operations. In this role, you will manage hardware, software, and networks, while leveraging expertise in Zoho applications, web development, and database management to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

• Manage and optimize Zoho applications to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain company websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

• Ensure cybersecurity compliance, data protection, and adherence to industry standards.

• Implement and manage cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or similar).

• Utilize SEO strategies and analytics tools to improve website visibility.

• Handle database management and API integrations to support business functions.

• Provide technical support and maintain system uptime and security.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.

• Strong web development, database management, and API integration skills.

• Expertise in Zoho applications.

• Knowledge of security protocols, cloud platforms, and compliance standards.

• IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.

• Familiarity with SEO and website analytics tools.

• Strong problem-solving and proactive IT strategy skills.
