Apt Resources is hiring an IT Executive for a client specializing in Outdoor Advertising Infrastructure. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, supporting digital advertising systems, and ensuring network security and efficiency. The candidate will work in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment while maintaining operational confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Server & Network Management – Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot servers and IT infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and firewalls.
✔ Email & Software Management – Create/manage employee email accounts, maintain Microsoft licenses, and track software expiration for timely upgrades.
✔ Data Security & Backup – Implement and monitor data backup solutions, perform security checks, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
✔ Hardware & Software Maintenance – Conduct health checks for IT devices, recommend appropriate hardware/software solutions, and manage IT inventory and procurement.
✔ IT Support & Reporting – Provide technical support, troubleshoot IT-related issues, prepare hardware/software reports, and ensure adherence to IT policies.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT administration or a similar role.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
✅ Networking & Security: Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, Microsoft Office 365 administration, and network security.
✅ Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

🎯 Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
🎯 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
🎯 CompTIA Security+
🎯 ITIL Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
