Job Overview

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced IT-Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance domain and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in digital transformation projects, bridging the gap between technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams

• Participate in UX/UI discussions with design teams for digital journey enhancements

• Work on digital finance projects involving cryptocurrencies and wealth management systems

• Manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure aligned project execution

• Understand and contribute to compliance and regulatory requirements in digital finance

• Identify project risks and challenges, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery

• Support development teams during implementation and user testing phases

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance or banking domain

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially writing effective User Stories

• Hands-on experience in digital transformation and UX/UI collaboration

• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and wealth management systems

• Ability to manage stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in finance and insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in a digital transformation environment

• Exposure to digital banking solutions and emerging fintech trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
