AL TAIF, a leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for land platforms and utility vehicles, is seeking an IT Analyst to manage IT applications, enhance system efficiencies, and support business operations. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, recommending software improvements, and ensuring IT security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and ensure effective solutions.

• Assess and recommend potential IT solutions for business needs.

• Conduct regular system reviews and report on improvement areas.

• Develop technical specifications for new applications.

• Evaluate, test, and implement enhancements in software, hardware, and IT processes.

• Provide training and technical support to company staff.

• Design KPI dashboards and web-related reports.

• Maintain IT inventory, security, and confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and IT best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 4-5 years of experience in IT applications.

• Certifications in SAP, IBM, MAXIMO, Microsoft, or Oracle are advantageous.

• Expertise in LANs, WANs, VOIP, and telecommunications.

• Ability to work independently and in teams with strong analytical skills.

• Valid UAE driver’s license (or ability to obtain one).
