Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Iraqi dishes, including masgouf, kubba, dolma, kebabs, and teshreeb.

Ensure high-quality taste, texture, and presentation of all menu items.

Develop and refine traditional Iraqi recipes, maintaining authenticity while incorporating modern plating techniques.
🍽 Kitchen Management & Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Monitor inventory and sourcing of fresh ingredients to maintain quality.
🎨 Presentation & Customer Satisfaction

Deliver beautifully plated dishes that enhance the overall dining experience.

Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Iraqi Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
✔ Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Iraqi cuisine, including traditional and regional dishes.
