Investor Relations Manager / CRM Assistant

You’ll play a key support role in a high-value investor outreach campaign, helping manage global CRM operations for the sale of a premium digital asset portfolio. This role is backend-heavy and research-focused — perfect for someone detail-oriented and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research global investors using tools like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, AngelList

  • Maintain investor CRM with contact details, communication status, and notes

  • Track follow-ups and engagement history

  • Prepare investor briefs and summaries

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and CRM updates

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot a plus)

  • Strong research and organizational skills

  • Good English communication (Arabic, Urdu, or Bahasa is a bonus)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

💼 Position 2: Investor Relations Manager

Type: Full-time | Contract – 6 Months
Ideal for: Senior professionals with experience in investor relations or high-ticket sales

Role Overview

This is a front-facing role focused on investor communications and deal facilitation. You’ll work directly with the founder and be instrumental in managing investor relationships across the GCC and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify investor leads (VCs, Family Offices, HNWIs)

  • Present investment materials and schedule investor meetings

  • Maintain CRM records and meeting logs

  • Join key calls with investors and manage follow-ups

  • Coordinate closely with the founder

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years in investor relations, capital raising, or startup fundraising

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience managing CRM pipelines

  • Based in Dubai; hybrid work possible

  • Languages: English required (Arabic/Urdu/Bahasa is a plus)
