Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Investment Property Specialist with a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market. You will identify prospective clients, understand their investment or living space needs, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently. Your entrepreneurial mindset and sales skills will drive your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and engage prospective clients by understanding their property criteria.

• Negotiate rental agreements and sales deals to close transactions successfully.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate communities, market trends, and property laws.

• Work independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
