Role Overview:

As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the origination, evaluation, and execution of complex investment opportunities across the capital structure. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team in Abu Dhabi, contributing to innovative, high-impact deals globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate special situations and restructuring investment opportunities

• Lead deal execution end-to-end (financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring)

• Actively manage portfolio companies and investment strategy

• Develop investment memos and present to internal committees and senior management

• Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, and external advisors

• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of experience in special situations, tactical opportunities, hybrid capital, or distressed investing

• Strong deal experience spanning both equity and credit

• Proven track record of working on complex, restructuring-heavy transactions

• Deep understanding of financial instruments across the capital stack

• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi
