Call For Referral is seeking experienced Finance Experts with a strong background in Investment Banking or Private Equity for a high-impact remote project. This is an hourly contract role, offering $100–$150/hr, where specialists will provide domain expertise to support the development of advanced AI models in financial dealmaking and modeling workflows. Candidates must bring proven experience from top-tier firms and demonstrate deep knowledge in product or coverage groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute expertise to the design, evaluation, and refinement of complex financial datasets.

• Apply real-world investment banking or private equity workflows to AI model development.

• Collaborate asynchronously with the project team on dealmaking and modeling processes.

• Participate in assessments to validate technical and modeling expertise.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at leading investment banking or private equity firms.

• Expertise in at least one Product Group, such as Restructuring & Distressed Investing, PIPE, Convertible Security Models, IPO Modeling, or Derivatives.

• Or expertise in Coverage Groups, such as Biotech, Gaming & Lodging, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, or Transportation & Logistics.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Engagement Details:

• Employment Type: Contract (Independent Contractor)

• Compensation: $100–$150/hour (weekly payouts via Stripe Connect)

• Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous, minimum 20 hours/week

• Duration: Until December 2025 (with potential for future projects)
