This role provides exposure to fund investments, co-investments, and direct deals across high-growth sectors, with a strong focus on technology and innovation-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Deal Sourcing & Execution:
✔ Support senior team members in identifying and evaluating growth equity opportunities, including fund investments and direct deals.

📊 Financial Analysis & Valuation:
✔ Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis to support investment decisions.

📜 Due Diligence & Structuring:
✔ Lead key aspects of the due diligence process, engaging with advisors and industry experts to assess risks and opportunities.

📢 Investment Recommendations:
✔ Develop investment memos and presentations for internal decision-making committees.

📈 Portfolio Oversight:
✔ Monitor portfolio company performance, conduct regular financial reviews, and identify growth and optimization opportunities.

🌍 Market & Sector Research:
✔ Stay ahead of trends in the MENA and global investment landscape, particularly in high-growth industries.

Candidate Profile:

✅ Experience & Skills:
✔ 3-4 years of experience in private equity, preferably in growth equity.
✔ Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
✔ Highly commercial mindset with the ability to assess opportunities in fast-evolving sectors.
✔ Self-starter attitude with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and execute deals.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor presentations and stakeholder management.
✔ Deep interest in technology, innovation, and high-growth markets.
✔ Strong problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
