Job Title: Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, organization, and movement of goods. This role requires a proactive and organized individual responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure stock is available while preventing overstocking.

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods, ensuring items are handled with care.

• Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring accurate fulfillment.

• Keep accurate records of stock movements and updates using inventory management software.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area to ensure operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock replenishment.

• Conduct regular audits to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.

• Proven experience in a Storekeeper or similar inventory management role.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using inventory management software for record-keeping and tracking.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, suppliers, and the team.

• A GCC driving license is a plus for assisting with product deliveries.
