Job Title: Internal Sales Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Engineer to support our Oil & Gas division. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this role plays a key part in driving internal sales operations, working closely with clients, regional sales representatives, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, customer-focused service and consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Quotations: Generate accurate and timely offers for customers and representatives, aligning with the company’s pricing strategy for Oil & Gas projects.

  • Follow Up: Monitor the status of submitted quotes and follow up actively to convert them into orders.

  • Collaborate with Representatives: Work closely with regional reps to meet sales targets and uncover new opportunities.

  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and report insights to the Managing Director for strategic planning.

  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning through workshops, industry events, and networking.

  • Sales Reporting: Participate in regular sales meetings, delivering performance updates and market intelligence.

  • Ensure Quality: Maintain quality standards throughout the sales process.

  • Data Management: Keep quote and purchase order (PO) tracking sheets accurate and updated.

  • Weekly Reports: Submit weekly summaries detailing sales activities and customer engagements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

  • Communicate changes in client requirements to relevant departments.

  • Ensure all customer expectations are well-documented and internally communicated.


Authority:

  • Prepare quotations within management-approved pricing guidelines.

  • Act independently to ensure customer satisfaction and reach sales targets.

  • Manage order processing with the parent company, subsidiaries, and production partners.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent).

  • 2–3 years of experience in internal/technical sales preferred; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome to apply.

  • Knowledge of industrial products/services in the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with a structured and independent mindset.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.
