Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Internal Auditor to lead risk-based audits that cover both operational and financial processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential risks, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong background in financial auditing and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee comprehensive risk-based audits across operational and financial functions.

• Deliver accurate and insightful audit reports to senior management within defined timelines.

• Ensure audits comprehensively evaluate the company’s economic and operational performance.

• Identify potential operational and financial risks and recommend preventative measures.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data and ensure audit completeness.

Skills & Requirements:

• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and present audit findings to leadership.

• Strong ability to convey critical internal information clearly to top-level management.

• Expertise in budgeting, risk management, task allocation, and teamwork.

• In-depth knowledge of financial audits, including derivatives and related audit processes.

Preferred Candidate:

• Nationality: Indian

• Prior experience in internal auditing with a strong understanding of financial risk analysis is preferred.
