Job Description:
Join Chalhoub Group as an Internal Audit Manager and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and risk management. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing audit plans, evaluating internal controls, and providing advisory support to enhance business operations. Your role involves overseeing audit execution, leading a team, and contributing to strategic decision-making by identifying process improvements and governance enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
- Evaluate internal controls, business processes, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide advisory support for process enhancements and governance improvements.
- Lead and mentor internal audit team members, ensuring high-quality audit execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in internal auditing.
- Prepare reports and present audit findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-10 years of internal audit experience in the GCC retail or family conglomerate industry.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, or CFE.
- Strong knowledge of IIA standards, risk assessment, and financial auditing.
- Experience in preparing audit committee reports and conducting process-level risk assessments.
- Leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork and drive results.
