Responsibilities:

• Assist across core functions—Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Construction Projects, Human Resources—based on department placement.

• Support real industry projects, data analysis, campaign planning, and interdepartmental coordination.

• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas informed by academic learning.

• Prepare documentation, assist with site or partner communications, and support daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, HR, Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
