Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a People & Culture Intern to support the Compensation & Benefits team. This full-time, on-site internship offers recent graduates or current students a chance to contribute to P&C operations while gaining experience in payroll, HR systems, and administrative processes at one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll processes including attendance tracking, vacation, and sick leave management.

• Enter and update employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Support payroll administration ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and timeliness.

• Handle administrative tasks related to employee offboarding.

• Maintain filing systems and update colleague records regularly.

• Coordinate exit travel arrangements with agencies and employees.

• Ensure HR administrative procedures comply with legal and hotel standards.

• Perform general P&C support duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or current student in Tourism, Hospitality, or Finance.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Multilingual candidates (Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian) are preferred.
