Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Overview:

AQC FITOUT, a leading interior contractor in Dubai, is seeking a talented Interior Designer to oversee fit-out projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the fit-out or interior design industry, with strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and project coordination. Fluent Arabic speakers based in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet client expectations.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors for seamless design implementation.

• Prepare renders, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, and shop drawings for joinery and site teams.

• Manage material specifications and coordinate with procurement to ensure quality standards.

• Act as a client liaison, handling incoming leads and assisting walk-in customers at Art Dei Marmi.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and sustainability practices in the industry.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor design execution and address challenges.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.

• Support the social media team in creating design presentations and promotional content.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in interior design or fit-out industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and similar software.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of material specifications, design processes, and procurement.

• Communication: Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

• Location: Must be based in the UAE and a fluent Arabic speaker.
