Position Overview:

We are seeking visionary and client-savvy Interior Designers / Field Design Specialists to join our growing Creative Division in Dubai. This role is tailored for individuals who blend design creativity with hands-on project execution. You’ll be representing BeSpoke District on-site, turning concepts into reality, and ensuring every detail reflects our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Centric Design Execution

• Conduct on-site consultations to gather client preferences, spatial insights, and lifestyle requirements.

• Translate requirements into innovative design concepts that reflect BeSpoke District’s premium aesthetic.

Creative & Technical Design Development

• Develop and present design proposals using CAD drawings, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material samples.

• Customize wall and floor designs utilizing proprietary materials and finishes.

Site Coordination & Quality Oversight

• Regular site visits to supervise installation and ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to manage fit-out processes and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Brand Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Align designs with BeSpoke’s brand values and commercial objectives.

• Attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and mock-up reviews.

Research & Design Innovation

• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and international standards.

• Contribute original, strategic design ideas that maintain BeSpoke District’s leadership in luxury interiors.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in high-end interior design, FF&E, or luxury fit-out projects.

• A strong portfolio showcasing bespoke, luxury interiors—experience in wall/floor design is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

• Strong visualization skills and the ability to produce technical documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Client-facing confidence, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive under pressure.

Bonus Skills:

• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

• Background in architecture, furniture specification, or spatial design is a plus.
