Ydesigninterior is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to lead and manage creative projects from concept to completion. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is ideal for a professional with at least 6 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proven leadership in both design execution and client management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from initial concept to project handover.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver creative, functional solutions.

• Develop plans and 3D visualizations; create high-quality presentations using InDesign.

• Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Supervise and mentor junior designers, offering guidance and feedback.

• Stay updated with industry trends, innovative products, and best practices.

• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and design presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of professional interior design experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and 3ds Max.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
