ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with experience in luxury residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a modern and contemporary design sensibility, a strong portfolio that reflects international standards, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative interior design solutions for upscale residential and commercial spaces.

• Create mood boards, material selections, design layouts, and client presentations.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure project goals are met.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.

• Keep abreast of global interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

• Coordinate with clients, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in design execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• At least 4 years of experience in luxury real estate or interior design projects.

• Strong knowledge of furnishings, materials, finishes, and lighting design.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong design visualization and communication abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with real estate developers or property firms.

• Multilingual skills (English fluency required).

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
