Join Our Team as an Interior Design Manager – High-End Luxury Projects

J10 Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and creative Interior Design Manager to lead high-profile luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Tier 1 Main Contracting Company, delivering world-class interior design solutions that meet the highest luxury standards. Candidates with a strong background in high-end projects within leading Main Contracting firms in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead & oversee luxury interior design projects from concept to completion.
✅ Ensure design excellence in layouts, materials, finishes, and furnishings.
✅ Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
✅ Oversee the selection and specification of bespoke high-end materials, finishes, and custom furnishings.
✅ Maintain quality control to uphold the highest luxury and craftsmanship standards.
✅ Engage with high-profile clients, presenting concepts, material selections, and project updates.
✅ Manage budgeting and scheduling, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on luxury standards.
✅ Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into projects.

Qualifications & Skills

📌 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
📌 8-10 years of experience in interior design management, with at least 2 years on high-profile luxury projects.
📌 Strong background in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
📌 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design visualization tools.
📌 Extensive knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and bespoke furnishings.
📌 Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
📌 Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
📌 Deep understanding of local and international building codes, sustainability practices, and luxury design standards.
