Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead the design efforts for high-profile luxury construction projects in Dubai. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing large-scale, high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors. The successful candidate will oversee all interior design phases, ensuring projects align with the client’s luxury vision, quality standards, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Design Leadership & Oversight:

• Lead the development and execution of interior design concepts for luxury projects.
• Ensure all layouts, materials, finishes, and furnishings reflect high-end aesthetics and client expectations.
• Provide strategic leadership to the interior design team, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Project Coordination & Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integration.
• Lead coordination meetings to resolve design challenges and maintain alignment with luxury standards.
• Ensure consistency and cohesion across all interior design elements.

Luxury Interior Execution:

• Oversee the selection and specification of high-end materials, finishes, and custom furnishings.
• Ensure all interior spaces reflect a balance of functionality and elegance.

Quality Control & Design Integrity:

• Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest craftsmanship standards.
• Review design deliverables to ensure compliance with client expectations, local regulations, and international codes.
• Work with contractors and on-site teams to maintain design integrity throughout fit-out.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary client contact for all interior design matters.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.

Budget & Schedule Management:

• Work closely with project management teams to align design execution with budget and timeline constraints.
• Monitor procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely project completion.

Sustainability & Innovation:

• Integrate sustainable design practices while maintaining luxury aesthetics.
• Stay updated on global luxury interior design trends and incorporate innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in interior design management, with at least 2 years in high-profile luxury projects.
• Proven experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
• Strong track record of working with high-profile clients and delivering world-class luxury interiors.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
• Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, bespoke furnishings, and international procurement.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes, sustainability practices, and luxury design standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
