360Wellness is seeking an Interior Design Assistant to assist in the design and technical drafting of hydrothermal spa projects, including pools, saunas, steam rooms, hammams, ice baths, and hydrotherapy setups. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software, possess knowledge of MEP systems, and have experience in luxury residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings for hydrothermal spa projects.

• Develop 2D and 3D CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Generate 3D renders for client presentations and design approvals.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine designs and optimize layouts.

• Coordinate with MEP teams to integrate system requirements into designs.

• Prepare technical drawings detailing dimensions, materials, and construction specifications.

• Assist in selecting finishes, insulation, tiling, and heating systems suitable for wet and thermal environments.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

• Modify drawings based on feedback from clients, engineers, and construction teams.

• Conduct site visits as needed to verify dimensions and provide technical support.

• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and technical documents.

• Assist in preparing tender documentation and project submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 3-5 years of drafting experience in construction, architecture, or MEP industries.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software.

• Understanding of waterproofing, thermal insulation, ventilation, and drainage systems in spa and hydrothermal environments.

• Basic knowledge of structural and MEP components.

• Prior experience in luxury residential or commercial projects is a plus.
