Job Description:

Join a Tier 1 Main Contracting Company in Dubai as an Interior CAD Draughtsman, specializing in high-profile mall and retail projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to detailed technical drawings, site measurements, client approvals, and project documentation for prestigious new-build projects.

This is a 3-6 month contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent staff position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measurements and prepare concept layout plans for client approvals.

• Develop detailed technical drawings for site execution, joinery, and MEP detailing.

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities like DM, DCD, JAFZA, DDA, TRAKHEES, NAKHEEL, and DEWA.

• Assist the Design Department with site measurements and as-built drawings.

• Coordinate with clients and obtain approvals for drawings, sample forms, and MEP plans.

• Prepare and submit revised drawings based on site conditions.

• Ensure proper permit arrangements, documentation, and project submission updates.

• Support site mobilization activities and assist the Operations Department.

• Prepare final inspection documentation and handover project-related files to clients and authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interiors CAD Draughtsman.

• Strong expertise in CAD drafting & detailing for interior projects.

• Experience working for a recognized Main Contracting Company.

• Preference for candidates with Mall and Retail project experience in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
