Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Interior Architect Interior Designer with a strong background in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, and rendering. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both 2D drafting and 3D visualization tools and be able to create realistic, high-quality renders that bring projects to life.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

📌 Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in interior design and visualization.
• Proven experience in creating realistic 3D models and renders.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and visualization projects.

🖥️ Technical Skills:

• 2D Drafting: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• 3D Modeling: Expertise in SketchUp, 3DS MAX, Photoshop, or Revit.
• Rendering: Experience with V-Ray or Lumion for high-quality renders.
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices in architectural visualization.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Visualization

• Develop detailed 3D models and visual representations of interior design concepts.
• Create high-quality renderings and presentations to support client proposals.
• Ensure aesthetically pleasing and realistic visual outputs that align with project goals.

📝 Drafting & Technical Drawings

• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD.
• Assist in the development of detailed design documentation.

🛠 Project Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with designers, architects, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail in both technical and artistic aspects of design.
• Meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.
