The Niche Corner is a creative interior design and architecture company delivering high-end residential and commercial projects with precision, innovation, and a strong design ethos.

We are looking for a talented Interior Architect/Designer who can lead projects from concept to completion, manage design documentation, coordinate with contractors, and bring creativity into every detail. The role requires a proactive, enthusiastic professional with strong technical and design expertise who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept through to project completion.

• Prepare architectural and joinery drawings including tile plans, floor plans, elevations, and RCPs.

• Work across all project phases: tender, construction, shop drawings, documentation, design, and delivery.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Collaborate on FF&E schedules with the Styling & FF&E Manager, including procurement and styling coordination.

• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.

• Travel to Abu Dhabi twice a week to oversee site projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior architecture/design, especially residential projects.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and liaise directly with contractors.

• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and finishes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have valid UAE visa, driving license, and own car.

• Ability to start immediately.

• Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
