ZeroFox is hiring a remote Intelligence Analyst fluent in Iraqi Arabic to join its fast-paced cyber intelligence team. This full-time role is perfect for professionals experienced in threat intelligence, open-source investigations, and client-facing services. As an Intelligence Analyst, you’ll gather and analyze critical data, create actionable intelligence reports, and serve as a trusted client advisor. Strong communication skills, discretion, and regional expertise are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver both short and long-form intelligence and investigative reports

• Create client-specific reporting and support the ZeroFox Platform

• Conduct open-source and social media investigations

• Deliver actionable threat intelligence across cyber, physical, and reputational domains

• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide platform guidance and training

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement custom threat intelligence solutions

• Attend client meetings, deliver briefings, and act as a key post-sales advocate

• Analyze large datasets to produce trends and insights

• Research threat actors, validate data, and produce high-quality documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Native or fluent in Iraqi Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)

• 2–3 years of experience in open-source or cyber investigations

• Strong knowledge of threat intelligence lifecycle

• Experience analyzing data from various sources, including social media, deep/dark web, and forums

• Strong writing skills; comfortable with briefings and presentations

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently or in teams

• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Zendesk, Monday.com, and reporting dashboards

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Experience:

• Client-facing or post-sales technical services experience

• Deep understanding of the Middle East threat landscape

• Prior exposure to digital risk protection or security platforms

Physical and Additional Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, or use a computer for extended periods

• Fine motor skills, reading, and writing clarity

• Occasional travel (up to 10%)

• Ability to manage tasks under pressure

Salary Range:
USD $100,000 – $120,000 per year
