• Guide and mentor a junior underwriter in the motor insurance domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in motor insurance brokerage in the UAE, including fleet management.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain client relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Relevant certifications and licenses in insurance brokerage are preferred.
