• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent practical experience

  • 1+ year experience in instructional design or adult learning principles

  • Understanding of instructional design processes

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in adult learning theory

  • Experience developing diverse learning materials: course content, job aids, facilitator guides

  • Skills in training program implementation and evaluation

  • Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate and Evolve

  • Strong organizational and information-tracking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-study learning content

• Support all phases of the curriculum lifecycle: analysis, development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure engaging and accurate content

• Research and integrate emerging educational technologies (wikis, blogs, mobile, etc.)

• Maintain and update course descriptions, syllabi, and other educational assets
