Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning content for a variety of stakeholders. You will be responsible for the full curriculum lifecycle, from needs analysis through to the development and evaluation of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses and instructional materials for a range of audiences.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create job aids, facilitator guides, and other learning resources.

• Utilize emerging e-learning technologies (e.g., mobile devices, social networking tools) to enhance course delivery.

• Conduct needs analysis, develop course content, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.

• Support the rollout of training programs and ensure they meet business objectives.

• Implement tracking systems to measure the impact of training and manage the content lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.

• 1 year of experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Familiarity with instructional design processes and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in adult learning theory.

• Proven ability to design and develop e-learning programs using tools like Evolve or Articulate.

• Experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
