Job Description:
Enova by Veolia is currently seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer for a 6-month contract position based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will design and develop engaging digital learning materials and training programs to enhance workforce performance across the organization. This temporary, on-site role is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for learning design and multimedia development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, and microlearning assets.

• Use visual design and animation to increase learner engagement and knowledge retention.

• Translate complex content into visually compelling materials that align with brand standards.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and ensure technical accuracy.

• Produce multimedia content such as animated videos, infographics, and interactive explainers.

• Manage content upload and organization on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and corporate training.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Clipchamp, Canva, Articulate Storyline, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Solid understanding of learning theory, visual storytelling, and digital content creation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creative consistency.
