InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic Instant Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Handle incoming calls, wake-up calls, and guest requests efficiently.

• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel policies, facilities, and local events to assist guests.

• Work in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) with flexibility.

• Maintain guest privacy and ensure no personal details are disclosed.

• Take ownership of solving guest issues and escalate when necessary.

• Handle emergency calls promptly and professionally.

• Log all requests/issues in Messagebox and ensure follow-ups.

• Participate in shift briefings and departmental meetings.

• Use systems such as Alcatel, Opera, Messagebox, and Microsoft Office to perform tasks accurately.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, call center, or customer service.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Previous experience with Opera system is preferred.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer service-oriented personality.
