Key Responsibilities:
📞 Sales & Lead Generation: Drive new business growth by acquiring new customers and reactivating inactive accounts.
🤝 Customer Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for customers, addressing queries, concerns, and product needs.
💰 Pricing & Quotation Management: Ensure accurate pricing and timely processing of quotations.
📑 Order & Returns Processing: Manage sales orders, returns, and invoicing, ensuring smooth operations.
📊 Market Research & Analysis: Identify commercial opportunities, contribute to sales strategies, and assist in marketing initiatives.
⚙️ Process Optimization: Improve efficiency in sales and customer service operations.
🗂️ Administrative Support: Maintain customer records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
✅ Technical Skills: Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
✅ Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
✅ Customer-Focused Attitude: Ability to resolve customer issues, manage expectations, and drive satisfaction.
