Position: Infrastructure Engineer

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Infrastructure Engineer to join its renowned project delivery team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure developments, contributing to the design, implementation, and inspection of key civil and utility systems.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site infrastructure works including roads, drainage, sewage, utilities, and telecom systems.

• Ensure construction activities are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and site performance daily.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues to maintain workflow and prevent delays.

• Coordinate between contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

• Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed.

• Track project progress, generate detailed reports, and highlight risks or deviations.

• Monitor budgets, cost variations, and material usage for infrastructure works.

• Assist in the testing and commissioning of infrastructure systems at project close-out.

• Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations, environmental standards, and permit requirements.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure engineering within civil construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proven experience with infrastructure systems such as utilities, road networks, and drainage.

• Strong familiarity with UAE construction regulations and approval processes.

• Excellent site supervision, communication, and coordination skills.

• Based in the UAE or available for relocation on short notice (preferred).
