Key Responsibilities:

✅ Strategic Planning & Budgeting

• Develop and implement infrastructure project management strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee the annual budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

✅ Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.

• Monitor project scope, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale mixed-use projects.
