S. S. Lootah Group, a leading diversified conglomerate based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Information Technology Project Lead to manage and lead Oracle NetSuite and other IT-related projects. This role will focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes on time and within scope while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement innovative IT solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle NetSuite and other IT-related projects from initiation to delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project completion.

• Oversee the testing and implementation of new projects for functional and operational improvements.

• Work with internal development teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors to manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables.

• Foster clear communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance according to SLAs.

• Collaborate with the internal IT team to address operational challenges and troubleshoot issues.

• Provide support during critical IT situations to minimize business impact.

• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and IT operational efficiency.

• Document best practices and lessons learned for future project optimization.

• Develop and deliver training programs on Oracle NetSuite and other IT systems for internal teams.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve internal team proficiency with new processes and tools.

• Create user manuals, documentation, and FAQs for implemented IT solutions.

• Identify and address skill gaps within the team, recommending training or certifications as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading IT projects, particularly Oracle NetSuite implementations.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address IT operational challenges.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct training and workshops.

• Ability to manage risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
