Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a passionate and dynamic Information Technology Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware to ensure proper functioning.

• Act as the primary contact for servicing computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.

• Maintain an updated inventory of office and computer supplies.

• Document all hardware and software configurations and updates.

• Keep detailed records of telephone system configurations and MPT lines.

• Understand and execute departmental procedures related to IT operations.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on PCs, printers, telephones, key lock systems, and interactive systems.

• Manage user access and authorization for systems such as Windows, Email, Opera, Micros, and Novell.

• Respond promptly to user requests and deliver effective support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of hardware and software maintenance.

• Proficient in English with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
