Role Overview
Revolut is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead and oversee information security for its UAE operations. The role ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements, strengthens InfoSec policies, manages risks, and drives security best practices across technology and IT operations. This is a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee information security for UAE operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the global Information Security team to improve maturity, automation, and scalability of InfoSec and IT controls.

• Conduct risk and control assessments, providing actionable insights to technology teams.

• Proactively manage risks to prevent breaches, security incidents, and non-compliance.

• Build and maintain relationships with UAE regulators, representing Revolut’s IT and InfoSec policies.

• Deliver technology risk reports and metrics to the Board and Executive Committees.

• Conduct third-party security risk assessments and coordinate internal and external compliance reviews.

• Report security events and status to senior management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in information security and IT operations, ideally in banking or financial services.

• Advanced technical security knowledge and understanding of information security standards.

• Experience managing outsourced InfoSec and IT services.

• Familiarity with local regulatory compliance and global IT/InfoSec policies (SOX, SOC 2, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, PCI DSS, UAE-IA).

• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/GCP), endpoint and network security, IAM, encryption, SIEM, and incident response.

• Ability to interpret vulnerability and penetration test results and drive remediation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience performing IT audits or working as a Technology Risk Manager (1LoD) in financial services or technology.
