AtkinsRéalis, a global leader in engineering and infrastructure solutions, is hiring an Information Manager for its Middle East delivery team based in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, the Information Manager will be responsible for managing digital project delivery, enhancing internal processes, and ensuring adherence to international standards, particularly ISO 19650. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, process innovation, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital content creation, storage, and usage using modern BIM and data technologies

• Develop and implement Information Management documentation (BEPs, responsibility matrix, etc.)

• Administer Common Data Environments (BIM 360, ACC) and project tools such as the MIDP Online Tool

• Perform clash detection, issue tracking, and interdisciplinary model coordination

• Provide training, support, and ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements

• Engage in project delivery tasks including sequencing, quantity take-offs, and integration with VR/AR technologies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or civil engineering

• 8+ years in the AEC industry with at least 3 years in the Middle East

• 5+ years of experience in digital delivery of large, multidisciplinary projects

• Information Management certification (BRE, Operam Academy, RICS, etc.)

• Desirable: Software certifications in Revit, Civil3D

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of BIM and data compliance under ISO 19650

• Proficient with Autodesk, Bentley, Navisworks, BIM Track, ProjectWise

• Knowledge of PowerBI, Dynamo, and automation tools

• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills

• Experience in BIM-based construction sequencing, VR, AR, and digital project visualization
