AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Information Manager (Site Operations) in Dubai, UAE, to lead digital content creation, data management, and construction project delivery supervision. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards, optimizing Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, and integrating BIM, automation, and data visualization tools into project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Information & Data Management – Implement ISO 19650 standards for data compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
🔹 Digital Delivery & Coordination – Oversee BIM model federation, clash detection, and issue resolution.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to enhance digital project delivery.
🔹 Technology & Automation – Utilize CDE platforms (ACC, BIM360, ASITE, ProjectWise) and automation tools like Dynamo for workflow enhancement.
🔹 Project Supervision – Lead QA/QC for LOD 400-500 construction models, oversee COBie and Uniclass integration, and support as-built model creation.
🔹 Innovation & Strategy – Support the implementation of drones, robots, satellite imagery, and extended reality (VR/AR) for site operations.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
📊 8+ years in the AEC industry, with 4+ years in digital project delivery.
🏗️ Experience in engineering/design consultancy, PMC, or contractor roles.
📜 Information Management certification (BRE, Operam Academy, RICS) is a plus.
🛠 Proficiency in:

• BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro.

• CDE platforms: BIM360, ProjectWise, ASITE.

• Data Analytics: PowerBI.

• Automation: Dynamo (preferred).
  🔗 Strong understanding of MIDP/TIDP, responsibility matrix, and asset information models (AIM).
  🌍 Middle East experience is preferred.
